The Truth About Everything

Humble wisdom
Simply put, Brianna is a really excellent writer, and this is a great collection of her Thought Catalog articles. Brianna's writing style is very humble and down-to-earth, and gives one the impression that you're having a discussion over coffee rather than reading a book.A big theme in Brianna's writing is the idea of being satisfied with who you are and what your life is, and being able to appreciate the little joys in life. I consider myself to be a generally happy person, but I still got a lot out of this book, and it really got me thinking about how I live my life and interact with others. I think for many of us, things are better than we tend to think, and Brianna is here to remind us of that. Highly recommended.

A good book to help "re-center" things in your life.
I'm usually not one to sit back and read a "motivational"(quotes because that is what Amazon classifies it as) book, but I came across it after reading one of Briannas articles on Thought Catalog and I'm glad I made the purchase. It is more than a motivational book and her writing style is very much conversational instead of instructing readers what they should be doing. Probably my favorite individual part of the book is her realization that she was about to use a line from a Coldplay song to help further a point. I guess you had to be there.Good work by my fellow native Long Islander.

Awe inspiring!
I came across the ad for this book on Thought Catalog and I immediately knew I had to buy it! So I got it and finished it in a day. It is a small book written without any frills or preaching, and it is a must have if you are looking to declutter your life and move towards your real being. This small book packs in solid pieces of truths which you won't find in many so called high philosophy books. This book is the perfect example of simple way to high thinking.

Stop thinking, and start living. Do things that make us happy but in the direction of kindness and understanding towards others.
For me, this book is an eye-opening view about self, love and life. I read it and could not put it down for one night. I found the book incidentally and it surprisingly gave me ideas with my current problems. The author’s sharing and experiences are indeed helpful. These are what I've get out from this great book. It is an appealing personal story of the author’s journey of love, lost and recovery. She has shown her vulnerability with confidence and optimism. She has inspired me through her genuine emotions and wise thoughts. There is a sense of balance and healthy growth as a human throughout the book.I would highly recommend it for anyone who has been struggling to express oneself. It is not easy to come out the light when one feels scared of being out there.

The Truth About Everything
The media could not be loaded. You can’t find Brianna Wiest books at Barnes and Noble so ordered her whole collection on Amazon. Love the quality and can’t wait to devour these books. Very pleased!

and love for not only life
"Perpective is, and always and always has been, the only truth that there is."Writing so deeply full of sincere excitment, passion, and love for not only life, but existence, will not be found anywhere else-except maybe Ms. Wiest's other works. Ms. Wiest has the unqiue ability to say the most beautiful things in the simplest terms that leaves a desire to connect with oneself more wholly. The words on these pages leave you more inspired and determined to become who you are and to bloom where you planted, and take responsibility for your own happiness than ever before.

I'd like to think I'm a pretty enlightened person
I'll be honest, I didn't finish this. It was a little too loosely tied together. I realize it's a book of essays but the concepts were too abstract with out any real flow and therefore it did not hold my attention. I'd like to think I'm a pretty enlightened person, so maybe this was just not as advanced as I had hoped. Not bad, just not really something I'd recommend.

Beautiful and Exquisite interpretation of life
Beautifully written about the realities of life and how we interpret things as humans in this era especially. Beautiful use of vocabulary and very humble way of explaining and expressing different opinions. The writer has a truly beautiful and blessed heart and soul. So many locks to doors I didn't even exist in my maze of a life can now be opened as this book gave me some keys to open them. The connection of thoughts and life scenarios is exquisite and is really unique.

Enlightening concepts encapsulated poetically
Truly a beautiful composition of poetry and philosophy. Seeing the world for all its intricacies can be exhausting on the soul yet it also enriches life with profound beauty, should we search for it. This book is far less confronting than it is positively enlightening.
