I bought size small but I’m a medium. My trainer said they will stretch over time. This particular brand and model is the one my entire CrossFit gym uses. It fits well and is stiff enough to stabilize but not so stiff that I cannot bend my knees. They are washable and well made.

I have used these for years. They work well and last a long time. I ordered these to be at my father-in-law's place when I arrived for a visit but they're too small. I couldn't return them because I've gone past the returnable date. I contacted Rehband and they issued me a refund and made the reordering process easy. Great customer service.Thanks all!

I have a pair of Rock Tape sleeves in a size medium, but I bought a size large in these sleeves according to the size chart. I like these better than the Rock Tape brand. They fit well and provide good support without strangling my knees.
