These really work well and fit into my quest to eat more healthy. It is very difficult to find seasonings in our local stores that don't have salt and sugar listed in the first few ingredients, and so many lean on MSG instead of actual seasonings and spices - no thanks. DAK's to the rescue. I love all 3 of these. I use the black on my fish, the red on my bbq beef ribs, and the steakhouse on my eggs along with a little cumin (and all three on my grilled or sauted veggies)! I'll definitely be a return customer. I recently found I need to drastically reduce the amount of sodium in my diet. It's really hard to do - almost all restaurant and frozen or prepared meals have more than a day's sodium allowance in one serving. Condiments are another source of a lot of extra sodium - so food in a low sodium diet can be pretty bland unless you are willing to make everything yourself from scratch. These seasoning blends are really good and spice up meals without adding sodium. I don't even miss the sodium in the blackening seasoning - it's great! I ordered an assortment including these three and haven't tried them all yet, but so far have found them good for spicing up soups and grilled meats especially.

Flavor and healthy

Very good seasoning, works well on all types of food, perfect for people who want or require low sodium

The seasonings tasted excellent. The problem is that they are manufactured/processed or contain treenuts. I have a daughter that has sever food alergies, the spices went in the trash. Cannot/will not take the risk.

Because the weather has been so bad, I've not had a chance to grill like I normally do but yesterday was decent enough (29 degrees and snowing) to brave the elements. Since I had never used any Dak's products, I was uncertain as to how much Steakhouse seasoning to use - settled on a medium amount and was delighted with the result. The mustard seeds had my daughter worried about the spices but raved on the flavor after cooking. Can't wait to try the other two now, will suggest to daughter that something she cooks inside could benefit from Dak's.

Excellent tasting spices and great for people on a no-salt diet. Gave to my father in law with no salt restrictions due to heart problems for Christmas. He has seasoned meats and cooked items in air fryer for no grease and no salt alternatives.
