This is a good fire pit nice output of heat. I had some trouble getting it to light. Customer service was great and responsive. I was caring the gas ring with too many rocks is all. Works great now. I just ordered some glass blue rocks to mix in and a cover to protect it in the winter. A good buy!

This neat little fireplace was easy to put together..I am 75, female...I only needed my grandson to set the gas tank in place for me. I have only used it once, since we have had very warm evenings. It serves as a nice table in the meantime

I love this the rocks are ugly but you can always replace them. Hear me out it either came scratched or while assembling it got scratched on the floor so be very careful lay down a blanket. Love it for its price

This is a well constructed, beautiful firepit. Less than 30 minutes to assemble, the blue fire glass chips are an upscale addition (& the fire reflecting against them is mesmerizing)! Definitely would buy again!

So disappointed this product does not work. We bought it and used once. The second time we tried to use it, the ignite wouldn’t click. You smell the gas but no light. Tried using a lighter and wouldn’t catch. Couldn’t get a refund. So frustrating.

I like the overall design and ease of assembly however it started rusting near the handle after one week. We don’t have a cover to protect it from the elements but I would expect better. Also sometimes it does not ignite when starting it. I know how to start gas grills. Overall happy with it but two issues ultimately.
