This supplement has been most helpful. Capsules are easy to swallow and no after taste.

NAC ethyl ester is a derivative of the amino acid cysteine. This form of supplement has gained popularity as a nootropic. This is not a caffeine type nootropic, and the effects are much more subtle. The primary benefit of NACET is probably its anti-oxidant properties. A serving size is 3 capsules, so there are 20 servings per bottle (60 capsules). This seems to be a clean supplement. It takes awhile to see whether it's effective or not, of course, but from what I've read, it's worth the investment in my health.

Has a smell and gives burps with smell for a bit yet it’s worth it because the potency is so good! and it goes away after a while. They have been changing my body health and mind. I like there over all nac supplements .

NAC can be challenging for some, as it contains sulfur, but this company has gone above and beyond to make it palatable, even in a capsule (rather than a food), which is nice, and produces a nice effect, as these capsules contain vanilla flavor and essential oils—even stevia! It’d be nice if they listed what essential oils (especially for those who might need to avoid mint, which is what I smell most). I was able to get my husband to take one, after he did some work in the attic and was coughing from the dust, and he was surprised that it tasted good, too, going down. I was glad, because it’s hard to get him to take NAC, as we’re both somewhat reactive to it, because I’ve only ever found it in capsules with higher amounts, like 500mg and 600mg. So we only take one of these, and one capsule is 125mg NAC, but since it’s 20X more bioavailable, it’s essentially equal to taking a higher amount pill, and we don’t get that woozy feeling taking it. I also love that it has selenium in it, as that’s helpful for mood.
