Worked on the day it arrived. Never worked since.
Bought for my wife for her crafting hobby. Ran one pouch through that it ruined and came out like a concertina and one other that worked perfectly. Allowed to cool and the next day put in a sealed box and stored in her office stack. Got it out today to use again. Powerlight comes on and the rollers start up as expected but after 15 minutes waiting. No green-ready light at all. Unit just sits there whirring happily to itself and does nothing else. Did notice it is getting 'Slightly'. warm at the left-hand end though so tuned it off. had a coffee and turned it back on again. same result. waited and watched it for nay sort of response for almost an hour. Pouches got through it perfectly, it just does not heat up to seal them and this one has no cold function. Conclusion the unit is faulty but there is now no way to return it or even contact the seller so I have to conclude that buying this laminator was a total waste of money and by the look of the library of similar complaints I am not the only one that feels this way
