Really good pruning saw
Really good pruning saw at an affordable price. Will take a full year of hard use before loosing its cutting ability.Easily converted from short to long reach by inserting of a std telescopic handle.Std decorators poles work well. When a bit tired fot tree work comes in handy for in situ root pruning.Don't want to ruin a good saw in the ground!

Great saw.
Good saw for pruning, put on an extension pole and reach those top branches.

Good tool
Good blade, cuts fast. Was able too with a bit of ingenuity to fit it to an older extension handle.

Very good pruning saw.
I've used this saw professionally for 15 yrs, it is very good quality, cuts well and the fact that it can be used with an extension pole means it can be used for high branches without the need for ladders etc. I've used it for very rough work and the only maintenance needed was an occasional spray with WD40. I got through two of these in 15 yrs using the saw rigorously almost every day. The curved blade and backward cutting teeth are essential for an effective pruning saw in my opinion. Personally I'd avoid flat blades that cut on the forward and backward stroke as unlike with a domestic saw where the wood you're cutting is lower than you (so you want to cut on the downward stroke) pruning jobs tend to be higher than you and so it's easier to cut pulling the saw down towards you.
