The cups are very sturdy and have great handles. Retains the temperature of warm coffee. Sleek design.

Accurately sized, solid, easy to hold, not too heavy; plenty of finger-room in the handle loop; the glaze on the inside of the cup is high gloss, while the outside is more eggshell, and the glazes join up really nicely just under the rim...but there are small flaws in the ceramic near the rims of both cups, that were glazed over, leaving minor divots. The glaze is fully sealed over the little dents, so both cups are safe to use, and look great otherwise...it's almost like getting "seconds" of a usually high quality product. I'm satisfied with them, for the price. If they start cracking from those flaws, anything like that, I'll update this review; otherwise I would recommend these, with that one note.

Excellent mugs

These are NOT 20 oz cups - more like 12, and very heavy.

Glaze colors were not as shown. Green is a swamp - brown.Handles are comfortable. Mug is lightweight for the size.

I really love these cups. Mine came with no flaws whatsoever, They are heavy, thick (to keep the beverage warm), and beautifully shaped. They're very comfortable in the hand. I like the matte finish on the outside. I read one comment about staining on the inside, but the finish is the same as most glossy cups, so I can't imagine that they are stained more easily than other white cups. I will amend my review if this is a particular problem. I occasionally use a nonabrasive Clorox cleaner with bleach on my other white cups and it keeps them white. I'm very happy with these cups and will probably order more.
