The media could not be loaded. It’s a great looking cup but the lid has issues straight out of the box. The stopper side isn’t properly placed against the clear plastic so there is a small gap. If you just plan on it not tipping over or always in a cup holder might be ok but otherwise I would be careful in purchasing. I’m planning on returning since I wanted a new cup for my desk where my computer will be. I might just have a defective lid. Also did not have the silicone boot or straw cover. Didn’t care much for the latter but the silicone boot would have been nice to have.

My daughter had this cup less that 2 weeks- she knocked it over and the top cracked and a big piece chipped off!

This cup hold the hot and cold very well however the seal in the lid does not keep the liquid in when the straw is in use. If the cup is tipped there is not enough down pressure on the silicone seal to complete the seal against the clear plastic lid. I purchased this cup because it said leakproof in the description and that was what I needed for my intended use. I love the large handle, it is large enough for a gloved hand and the gray color is great. too bad it leaks
