Read the label, folks!
This is now my go-to cooking oil. It is not pure olive oil so don't go thinking it is--at this price! Rather, it's 80% Sunflower oil, with 20% Olive to lend a bit to the aromatics. With that said, for me it works perfectly for sauteeing and frying items like pancakes and veggie burgers. There's no smoking at higher and long term heat, and an unobtrusive scent and flavor.The kicker is that the cost is on par per ounce with the least expensive oils available on this website, canola and soy. And those are two oils that I try overall to avoid. In this Iberia blend, I get two oils that I prefer and actively seek out to include in my diet--for the best price on Amazon.Again, this Iberia blend is not your super gourmet, first cold stone pressed olive oil that you'd drizzle over your glamorous, fresh-from-the-garden tomato salad. But it is a superb choice for frying an egg in your cast iron skillet. I love it and I hope it's available on Amazon forever and forever at an affordable price.

Paid this much for 12 oz at store......
No smoke, good frying oil, and STUPID cheap!!!!!!! Won't have to buy oil for 6 months, YEA!!!!!!!!

Great For Dressings
I’m pleased with the oil. I make my own dressings for salads and this has a mild yet tasty taste. Very good quality and light. I will be buying more

My favorite cooking oli
I love this oil for everything. Works great for frying as it's a high temp oil. Actually has a very mild taste that works great for baking. I use it to make naan bread to this dark romance cake. Perfect for all my cooking needs

Good Quality Oil in a Convenient Size Bottle
I do not use a high amount of oil in my house, as I live alone, so this bottle is just right in size. This is my first experience both in using this brand and this oil blend. I do not have any complaints with the quality or the blend of oil, and it has worked well in all of my applications and has not altered the taste in any of my recipes.

Great blend of Sunflower and Olive oil
Love this blend of oils. Its very hard to find. I used to get it at WalMart but unfortunately they rarely have it. Thank goodness for Amazon. Good price to. I'll definitely be buying more.
