Makes a beautiful sourdough loaf just as well as the popular brand does, but less expensive! I’m sold now. One note: the bag is thinner and not as sturdy as the brand name but that is a minor inconvenience made up for by an equal product but at a cheaper price. Don’t hesitate on this bread flour.

I was looking for a cheaper alternative than the gricery store brand names.I absolutely love the price!But, more importantly I love the finished product! I make about 2-3 loaves a week. The bread flour is of great quality, fresh and the taste (of finished product) is wonderful!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:The bread flour is just as good as the name brands. The only reason I gave four stars is because, just as other reviews have noted, they have the bag taped and when you pull the tape off it made holes in the bag of flour thus having to put it in another container.

Awesome bread flour that feels like sifted flour making kneading easier. Functions well with my sourdough starter and bread. Why pay more for quality? The protein content is definitely higher than most. Makes a tasty loaf.

Works great. I bake a lot of bread, both sandwich and sourdough. It hasn't let me down yet. It tastes just as good as the more expensive brands
