Received one as a gift for Christmas and loved it so much we had to by a second so we’d both have one. So amazingly easy for loose tea. Very insulative so keeps coffee and tea warm forever. So cute! I usually had wash but I put them in the dishwasher rarely. Still holding up.

The mug is wonderfully detailed and a delight to use. With that said, the decorations are painted on, so don't clean the mug with a scrubber! A cloth or soft sponge will work just fine. It can be a bit of a nuisance to get into the little round sections that house the mesh to properly clean, but every cup of tea has been great.The mug has a fairly rough and rocky finish to it on the outside. If you prefer to have mugs with a smooth finish, this isn't the one for you.

This is my second one. Great when you are only brewing for one person.

Convenient, mess-free way to brew a cup of loose leaf tea. Mug & lid help keep it warm but do not put it in a microwave oven. The slanted wooden handle is so nice for those of us with keyboard/mouse-injured hands!

The media could not be loaded. Handle broke off after a few uses. Very bad handle design. Handle can brake and will spill hot fluids on yourself.

A beautiful mug that feels and works wonderfully.
