This helped tremendously with my plantar fasciitis, at first I did try to wear the while night while sleeping. But would wake up and need to take it off. My Dr. told me to just wear it for a couple hours in the evening and that did the trick. I only experienced the pain on my right foot so there was no need to buy 2. Felt good to stretch and keep my foot held in the proper position while scrolling through my phone or watching TV.I think it is easy to fit on yourself and seems very well made, the velcro is extremely strong.(My shoe size is a women's 10W)

Was having pain in my foot at night from Morton’s neuroma that was waking me up at night.Decided to give this brace a try.It’s got a foam piece that goes against your leg between the brace which is very comfortable. The bottom piece has padding for your foot.It’s easy to adjust the tension because there is a strap at the front that’s adjustable for the amount of tension.I’ve been using it nightly since it arrived and it’s made a difference for me. It keeps my foot at the right angle, and I’m not having pain during the night.It also comes with 2 arch supports for the bottom of the feet which are labeled left and right. Those are quite comfortable, too.Glad I found this brace. It works for me, is comfortable, well designed and effective for my situation.

Base. It work for my drop foot if you adjust it right .but the big problem if your home is tiles or wooden floor .this is no anti resistant

I like it. I would have loved it if there was a little more pull so that it flexes your foot a little more. It is decent but if it was a little less flimsy it would be perfect!

I had joined orange theory the gym and I had been going 5 days a week for 3 weeks straight. Then all of a sudden I had got a strange very strong pain I had never felt before. I did research and found out It was planter fascia. I had planter fascia on my right foot. After a lot of research on Amazon I came across this product. Initially I was hesitant to buy this product. But later I decided to buy it and I am so glad I did. First of all it’s so easy and simple to put on and wear during the night. It’s super soft and is very comfortable and convenient. I only wore it for 3 days and my pain went away. I was even able to go to the gym.

I suffer from Achilles tendonitis, so I bought this product thinking that the splint would ease the pain and keep my foot dorsiflexed while I sleep. The splint itself did not fit my foot, and the instructions to strap the splint on your foot were not intuitive. Moreover, the product itself was just too uncomfortable to wear for a prolonged amount of time. My foot went numb, and the tingling sensation kept waking me up. I tried loosening the splint to varying degrees, but it was just too uncomfortable for me personally. I suppose this product might work for someone else. Lastly, I don't know that there is any good science to support wearing a splint at night for plantar fasciitis or Achilles tendonitis. I was just desperate for my heel to heal.

🤨🤨🤨 If your foot is a size 9 or less this is good. 11 or more no way. Problem is the front strap (Toes to ankle) is to short. This is built well, ankle holds firm and it is well padded. So a great product for Chinese feet. I gave it a 2 out of 5 for misleading that it fits adult male foot. It does not.

My physical therapist advise me to get a night splint. I read some of the reviews on Amazon and chose this one. I didn't know what to expect. I have never worn one before. Wow what a difference it makes. Not only do I wear it at night during bedtime, I also wear it while just relaxing around the house. It's very easy and comfortable to wear. It does make a Big difference on how I walk now. I highly recommend this product.
