Get your bikes off the floor and organize your garage space
What a difference getting the bikes off the floor. Normally they seem to always be in the way. The fact these lay almost flat is a game changer. Not hard to install and directions are pretty clear. Use a level, stud finder, drill and impact driver and you're good to go.

Some flaws - but great customer service
I installed these hangers for our Trek Verve bicycles - each weighs about 35lbs. Overall, the installation was not overly difficult, but I needed to drill pilot holes, since screwing these into the studs is difficult/impossible without them - no instruction was given for this. The screws for the bottom back wheel pad are too long - its not a weight bearing item - I used a shorter screw rather than stripping the heads trying to get it all the way into the stud. The arm of the top mount is a bit shaky making it a process to get the bike on and off the mount. This may be due to the spring on the bottom of the mount. My biggest complaint is that once the bike is hung, it must be swiveled and locked in to the preset angle, or it will waver. I wanted one bike swiveled and the other straight out (due to space situation in my garage). With the weight of the bike, the spring is depressed and will only lock into the swivel position - it wont stay straight out - I had to put shims in to keep it from depressing the spring, so that it would lock into the center slot and not swing back and forth. The instructions and description made it seem as though it could hold any of 3 positions - left, right, center - but it wont hold center once the bike is on the mount.Update: Since I sent this review, the company - TORACK - reached out to me to assist in any way possible. They are clearly concerned about customer satisfaction and went above and beyond to help me. I am thoroughly impressed with this company. I am not changing my review, but I will say that if you have any issues with their product(s), you should have confidence that they will work with you to resolve them. Thank you to TORACK for the attention - its rare these days and much appreciated.

There will be some lifting
They feel SUPER solid and well made. They’re sleek and save some storage space of your bikes - critical when you have a single car sized garage, like me.They work as expected, with a spring activated hinge making the movements smooth and predictable. My only grip is: this device won’t eliminate 100% of the lift necessary to hang the bike - still way much better than to hang it upside down on the ceiling, but still some minimal effort going from floor to hanger. Also, as the bike using this support have mudguards, you have to account that and fix the top hanger a bit higher, so the weight sits on the support, not on the mudguard (see photos)Also these are super easy to install, if you follow the instructions on the included leaflet

Space saving problem solver!
I finally got around to installing this in the garage, and I'm kicking myself for not doing it sooner. Our higher end mountain bikes have had to live out in the shed and didn't get used enough because they were a hassle to get out. With these racks the bikes now live right be the garage door where we can grab them quick and easy, and I can still get around my parked car while they're hanging. I love these racks. They were easy to install, just find a stud, drill a pilot hole, and bolt to the wall. I know it was easy, because I got to do it twice. lol. Here's a tip for other absent minded guys like me. Hang the rack high enough so the handlebars of the bike are overhead when moved against the wall. I didn't think of that the first time, and got a nice bruise on the ribs to teach me common sense. Buy as many of these as you have bikes. You'll love them too. They are heavy duty, and the concept is awesome in practice. I can't wait for better weather now, because my bike is right where I can grab it and go. Great product!

Sturdy But Requires Some Lifting
This wall mount is excellent for saving space. We use ours in the garage in combination with a ceiling mount for two of our other bikes. This one is great and works for a ~50 lb ebike. It feels pretty sturdy despite the 50 lb weight limit claim. You won't need to lift as high as a ceiling mount but just know you still have to lift the bike.

New but Mounting base has paint chipped off/ feels like will chip more. UPDATE-seller offered refund
Update: after I posted this review the seller reached out and offered a refund.. That’s good customer service, although I declined since as a Vine reviewer I had received the product for free. Still though I appreciate that the seller pays attention to reviews and tries to make things right. The mounting base and hanger plate feel sturdy. It takes some pressure to pull down on the base so that can unlock and swivel bike. First thing I noticed is that right out of the box one of the mounting bases has several chips in the paint - and I won’t be surprised if it continues to chip as the rack gets used. The screws that hold the hanger plate to the mounting base are quite small - I would have thought they’d be bigger to hold up to the weight of bike. The instructions aren’t great.
