does it come with staples and if not what staples are for this machine

It does not come with staple, however, it takes standard staples. This stapler is loud but work very well and has not jammed.

Can this stapler handle 30 pages of standard weight paper without jamming?

NO it will not, It says it will, but I just bought it. My documents are normally between 15 and 22 pages, so I thought this would be great. If its a 17 or more page doc I have to staple it front and back.

I have limited use of my hands and a regular stapler is painful for me to use, is this stapler easy to use without having to exert a lot of pressure?

I bought this stapler because I don't have great strength in my hands. I believe it is EASY to use without great pressure. You must limit the number of pages to under 25.

very good delivery, excellent sturdy stapler, used in a busy school office just be aware you will need to change the plug to a UK 3 pin plug, or you can purchase a razor plug adapter( but change the fuse in this to a 5 Amp or greater as the power needed for the stapler will blow the fitted fuse)overall very pleased

Do not purchase

I have purchased this for an employee.The device makes a loud bang on every staple and does not always staple. The bang is very frightening.It comes with a US socket so you need to purchase an adapter for outside of US.The manufacturer here in the UK refuses to investigate the loud bang, non staple behaviour because it is imported from the US.Do not purchase.
