Fatal Flaw
This morning when I was using one of the shirt collar extenders, it suddenly became easy; its 1/4" inner diameter and the force needed to insert it on the 1/16" lip had ripped the buttonhole [ruining the shirt]. The design is [fatally] flawed. With a smaller 1/8" inner diameter, much less force would have been needed so there would be zero chance of tearing.
