Sally Hansen Colour Therapy Nail Polish with Argan Oil, 14.7 ml, Rosy Glow

I am absolutely obsessed with this nail treatment! My nails have never looked or felt this amazing. They’re stronger, shinier, and healthier than ever. It’s like magic in a bottle — I can’t imagine my nail routine without it! ✨

The colour is translucent but it's a lovely soft neutral colour, giving a finish similar to a French manicure. It can easily streak or be uneven but the integrated brush is wide and gives great coverage, so it's not difficult to get an even finish in 1 to 2 strokes. I find that it does chip very easily, just a few hours or one time of washing the dishes, but I now use the top coat from the same range which extends the life to a week or two. It dries to a tacky finish in a few minutes, fully dry (with 2 coats) in about 25 minutes. It's gentle and non-drying on my nails, not causing any damage amd protects my nails from other damage.

Ordered 220 Rosy Quartz, and it is absolutely perfect. 1 or 2 strokes, and it just makes your nails look shiny, but building the coats gradually leaves a lovely pale nude pink colour, like a French manicure without the tips. I don't know why, but other brands chip very quickly and easily for me, no matter how I apply. This has not yet chipped after a few days. Will definitely consider buying more colours. Definitely a build up sort of colour.

I love this make and colour so much - have used for a few years then, all of a sudden I couldn't find it and panic set in!! I am now much happier.

Completely different colour from the picture. I bought the “Time for Blues” polish which showed up as a midnight black/very dark blue, but I received a royal blue colour. It’s still pretty but it requires quite a lot of coats and it has started to chip after a day of wear. The shine is a bit smudged on some nails but overall it’s not too bad. Hopefully it strengthens my nails at least.

It’s a nice colour but very translucent, which I didn’t realise it will be when I purchased. Easy to apply and gives a nice shine. Lasted a few days before it started chipping. If you are looking for a translucent colour with a hint of pink then this nail polish is great. If you are looking for real depth of colour then not great.

I absolutely love this top coat. I hope Sally Hansen has it for a long time! If you have red and blue tones in your skin, this is wonderful in 2 coats on top of a French nude polish. To make it really pop, I apply it on top of a dark purple polish. It looks like a galaxy on your nails! It really looks amazing on top of any purple nail polish. Do use 2 coats to make the fine blue sparkle show as well when you try this nail polish. In the first photo, I used 2 coats of Zoya Naked Manicure perfector, 2 coats of Sally Hansen Pink I'll Sleep In and then 2 coats of OPI Nature Strong top coat. I have only been using those brands for years due to health reasons. They have been the top in getting rid of toxic chemicals in their nail polishes. I have severe eczema on my hands but am a hairdresser. Nice nails are a huge bonus at work to our look. When I use standard or gel polishes, my nail beds show the tell-tale white marks and puckering that when buffed out, weaken my nail beds and they break. My experiment for the last several months has been to only use Zoya naked manicure, OPI Nature strong and Sally Hansen (Argan) Color Therapy polishes. I shouldn't have to give up simple things that make me feel beautiful. These polish lines have led the way in change--in my opinion. After 6 months of this experiment, the puckering on my nail beds has finally stopped. The terrible white marks are gone and my nail beds are stronger. Note: you can use the Pink I'll Sleep In or the Nothing To Wine About as a top coat without clear top coat as long as you use 2 coats. It seems like top coats are made that way to seal a full bubble of laquer on top of your nail. I do really love the shine of the 2 layers of top coat myself. That makes these polishes last days longer than alone.
