This product is amazing! I couldn't hear out of my left ear for 2 weeks straight because of a bad earwax blockage. I tried flushing my ear out with hydrogen peroxide and just wiggling it around and oof. Nothing was working. My nearest appointment for an ENT wasn't until the end next month. I would have to go a whole month without hearing out of one ear. So as a last ditch effort I bought this wax removal irrigation kit.I finally got the chance to use it today and I'm so happy I got this. I bought some ear wax softening drops as well and let it set for a few minutes. I listened to the other reviews on here and used warm water and tilted my head in different angles over my sink and wallah it was actually removing ear wax! I was jawdropped because I could visibly see clumps of ear wax come out into a sink. And this was on soft mode! My ear was that bad.After maybe two round? I let the water drain out and all of sudden could hear wayyy clearer.Thank you so much for making this! Saved my life.

I was spending so much money on co-pays to urgent care to get my ears irrigated. Consistently getting ear infections due to pool water getting stuck behind wax. Couldnt hear a thing. This thing has saved me so much money and pain. Easy to use, getting down the tenique took awhile. However it's pretty simple you just have to get it in the canal and let it rock. I use it about once a week. This product has changed my life. Thank you.

This ear irrigation works really well. Over the past 10 years, I have had problems with wax that gets so bad that my hearing is only about 50% in one ear. The last time it happened, I purchased this product because I was tired of paying for trip to the doctor's office. It is very easy to use and with one use, it has paid for itself. My hearing went right back to normal too. I highly recommend. I'll also add that there was no discomfort when using it either.

It's a good product. Took care of my blockage in seconds. But it does not provide a means to plug the device into a wall socket. It only give a [very short] cable that plugs into a USB. SO, unless you have some spare wall outlets for USBs lying around [I was fortunate to have a spare], or feel like plugging it into your computer, you're going to have to get one to charge it up.

Although I do not like sticking foreign objects into my ear, the main issue that I have noticed with my ears is the amount of earwax I have to deal with constantly. I used to have to deal with earwax drainage almost every day in the shower, and would have to clean it every day. After getting this product and using it for a couple of days, I have noticed its major impact. For one, the ear cleaner's tips are extremely soft and don't hurt at all. The water is also constantly flushing through the system so it's only clean water. Overall, highly recommend. The only thing is that I wish there were more cleaning modes!

This ear cleaner is easy to use. You definitely need the included cup to catch the water as it runs out of your ear, but it does the job. Works best using the warmest water you can stand as it softens the ear wax. Takes a little practice to learn to get the most out of it, but the learning curve is short. Appears to be well built and looks like a high-end gadget sitting on my bathroom counter. Feels solid and like it will last for a long time.

I did not like this item. I only used it once, and I became very dizzy and needed help to lie down. Spent most of the afternoon in bed. I cannot recommend the SHIORI Electric Ear Cleaner.If there is any way I could get a refund, I would greatly appreciate it.

The media could not be loaded. This is a very nice design for an ear cleaner, very smooth and not noisy. It has a gentle cleaning mode, it’s not hard on your ear drum. It cleans my ears as really good! I’m super happy with this item!
