I love everything about this product. I put it in my morning coffee, on my veggies, in my smoothie. Actually it is compatible with just about any food and the flavor is totally the best, buttery.I've tried just about all the Ghee products and now found my match of what I was expecting in a Ghee product.

I’ve finally come to realize that you can’t order this in the summer in Florida. It’s not only melted but the brown butter separates from the rest and cannot be remixed. Every brand and size I’ve purchased arrives melted. I can refrigerate and it can be used butit is no longer brown butter ghee!

I normally make my own Ghee but decided to give this a try. It works well in recipes, it is really spreadable and the taste is good. Thanks.
