Bad product, burned out engine!
The product completely broke on me unexpectedly. I was using it normally for a smoothie, including pretty normal stuff (broccoli, mango, banana and frozen berries) then smoke came off from a grill on the side and it won’t work since. The product smelled burned/hot since it was bought every time it was used, but I thought it was because of the powerful 700w engine. What’s more, I can’t contact you

Didn’t work
It didn’t work, so sent it back. Bought a Nutribullet instead which seems to have the same size cups and blades, so I can use the ones left over from the earlier Smartbullet I had which stopped working.

Waste of money.
Hopeless and a waste of money. Small plastic nodules that click into motor base all broke off.
