I was skeptical of these mats, but during the current Covid19 crisis I thought I could use every advantage possible. After using this mat to sleep on over the past month, I have found that it helps me recover faster after intense workouts, completely relieve my lower back pain, have more energy during the day, sleep sounder, fall asleep faster, and look forward to going to bed. These mats are beautifully made with the quality immediately apparent. I bought the queen which is very large and very heavy (70 lbs). It took up over half of our California king size bed and I decided I really want to bring it with me on my travels to visit family this summer all they can try it out. Everytime I prayed on it, within minutes I did feel aches and pains ebbing away. I did also feel that sense of calm and relaxation. One night I felt like I was coming down with a cold due to generalized body aches and malaise. After sleeping on it all night, I woke up feeling rejuvenated and well. The first night sleeping on it was a little difficult, due to its stiffness but they could not have done a better job passing it. I can and will sleep on it as frequently as I feel, I need to. Last but not least, customer service is superb. Aundrey, is prompt, courteous, helpful and very accommodating..Will refer all family and friends to this company!!! :-)

I use the mat for 30 to 45 minutes after work most nights. It helps me to relax and temoves stiffness and most pain in my back and legs.

I'm usually very skeptical of the potions and gems crowd and their wares but this product is absolutely amazing.While it's just a bit large for my 4' x 4' shower floor, just lapping it up the shower wall works well. I mean it isn't as if you can lay your whole body down in that small a space to begin with but mothers are a necessary invention as they say.Right from the start, the packaging was the first indication of quality. Reusable/recyclable/edible. Next level thinking and an ecologically sound business model.I'll get right to it, I placed this in the shower base, plugged it in, sat down and turned on the water. Talk about your negative ions!Yes, I initially had the wrong setting and started sweating profusely but after some tricky readjustments the stimulation began.I've not experienced this level of stimulation since my mom bought me my Baby's First Bathtub Toaster.Now to be fair, this product may require some modest household service electric panel modifications. I found a little black switch in my panel that kept shutting off, most likely another bad switch. God knows this panel has had it's share of them. I simply removed the bad switch and attached the wire directly to the big cable at the top of the box.Weird how for such an important piece of standard household hardware there just isn't enough space to ever get all the wires from all the broken switches under the lug with the big wires.And yes, I've tried replacing all the broken switches. They all just keep failing as soon as I turn stuff on. Honestly, I just don't see how electric cars will ever work but that's another review.I'm not sure it would be safe to try sleeping the whole night on this thing in the shower but hey, if the manufacturer says it's okay it must be. Manufacturers are all good and only have our best interest on their minds.The red LED's are fun to watch as they spark and smoke but it's really difficult to see them lying down. That could use some design work right there.I wish they'd bring the price down, I'm of the opinion that this may be a final solution for all the vaccine refusers.Well anyway, if you're of the age to have had your vaccine and have had you should give this unique usage a pass. I'm sure it would be okay* on any dry surface.Best of luck. Wear your mask. Physically distance and be a good person.

I bought my first crystal infrared amethyst mat about three years ago. I am a night owl and suffer from insomnia from time to time.
