Does this sun pendant necklace easy to faded？

I had bought a month and it still keep shiny. This gold color is very great, not like the other cheap plated necklace.I like this.

It’s a small lobster claw clasp that can only latch onto a small hole in a metal plate. I wear necklaces every day and I would say this one is OKAY to clasp. A little difficult but not terrible.
