Buy it but increase water intake
I have been using this for years now on and off and it never really does me wrong . It takes 1 weeks to click into your system . Muscles don’t get sore really anymore. Increases my stamina . Taste is not to good but I dry scoop so lol. But it don’t work and is effective and I gained the weight and muscular I want. Just make sure you drink ALOT of water atleast 78 ounces a day

Best creatine. It mixes so fast and it literally tasteless zero taste and so easy to drink. I always take right before the gym. Dissolves so fast

Seems to work just odd amount of water to take with
It seems like it's working fine, as Creatine Monohydrates are meant to work. My only issue, or really comment, is the amount of water you take with the product. Just 4 ounces of water to mix with seems ridiculously small, but maybe it's just my inexperience with supplements. Otherwise, it's a good product.
