It's silicone and it sticks.
It does the job and matches the grout pretty well. Looks much better than white in this situation so it's good to be able to buy Ral colours by number.

Don’t waste your money
I have used many sealants/silicone over the years and this one scores zero. It’s unflexible to work with, impossible to achieve a smooth finish. I would not recommend this product as there is too many good alternatives available and cheaper.
