I like that this product is all natural. And that the owner of the company specializes in gentler, more natural, non-habit forming/ non- addictive products for children. It is very effective. I would just try not to use it every night, because it could mess up your child's sleep schedule. Just use it when the child is having a hard time calming down for bed. ( I am also finding that having a regular schedule before bed, and bedtime they can count on every night, helps mitigate the hyperactive symptoms in my kiddo who has ADHD.) It does work very quickly, so make sure you have nothing else planned for kiddo, 15-30 minutes after you give it to them. The dosages on the back are guidelines. Personally, I find that because of it's potency, I would start at .25 MG and work up to the recommended dose for all children. ( I've only gone up to .50 with my 5 yo son.) Besides all that, I have tasted it, and it literally tastes like sugar and berries. It's a little on the sweet side for my little guy, so I give him a drink right afterwards. Another idea might be to add the recommended dosage into a small amount of juice, caffeine free tea, or milk of your choice, and give it to your little. This is a great tasting and mild sleep aid! Works well for my child and I give him half the minimum dose. Best to use once it gets dark.

Been using this for years with my son. I mix it with apple juice in a medicine cup and he has no issues.

This works great for dogs! No dyes or artificial nonsense. Keeps dogs calm... just put it on their food. I ranked it a 4 because it can be a little messy/sticky if you get it on the bottle and the dropper that you use is a little hard to use.

A must have for a toddler who fights sleep! We love it. It works fast and my toddler is able to wind down and fall asleep quickly.
