I didn't know what to expect from this but it actually is really nice. Just be careful when you open the packet as the chain isn't connected to the moon so you have to put them together

I suppose this Gothic Moon pendant necklace by GAUEIOUR is not bad value at around eight quid currently from Amazon, but the quality is a bit basic as you might expect for the price, and the chain is rather short. Read the care instructions before wearing to prevent damaging the alloy or black finish and it should look reasonable for quite a while. Probably not something to wear every day – just a bit of dress jewellery for certain occasions like Halloween or spooky parties. It's OK for what it is – four stars for value if the design appeals to you. The brand has a few other budget jewellery items available from Amazon if you like this one.

Very disappointed didn't even come in a box pendant wasn't attached to the chain this was supposed to be a little gift for someone but can't give it them in that package 😔

I liked the black chain it came with. The necklace would have looked wrong with a silver or gold one.

My only disappointment with this necklace is that the gemstone doesn't hang inside the moon whilst being worn / hung up as nicely as the one pictured in the listing, although it's easily possible to replicate whilst it's lying down to take a photo. My photo with a slighly grainy background was taken with it hanging on my computer screen, so that there was light coming from behind to try and show the pattern detail as well as how it lies in that position. The other three were taken with it lying down on plain white paper. But it's a nice weight, and comes with a chain of a reasonable length (according to my tape measure it's a shade over 19"). The filigree detail on the moon is well defined, and even the hanging loop for the chain has nice detail on both sides. The reverse of the moon is smooth, whilst the mount for the gemstone has a ridged pattern.
