Thus a very comfortable love seat. It was time to replace my 18 year old loveseat, especially since last summer I had updated my family room and the old love seat did not go with the decor. I did a lot of searching over the net and in stores and could not find anything that I liked. Finally ran across this love seat that was half the price of most stores and offered more features than anything I looked at. The chair reclines fully and it has a massager with heat the ultimate relaxing chair. The massager goes from the legs to the shoulders, it has 3 levels with multiple massage functions, and hits all the key areas. The heat is on the back I did not feel it on the legs or seat, that does mean its not there, it may require more time to heat those areas. There were a couple of draw backs: 1) the massager is a bit loud, I think it will be lower with continued use. 2) During assembly there is a metal plate that joins the two halves together that goes on the bottom. The plates are suppose to slide between the legs on the bottom and be screwed in, according to the instructions. This process caused a bit of a challenge. had to release the screws on the legs in order to slide the plate in to the slot in order to align the holes for the screws. This proved to be a bit difficult, the screws came out of the legs. I was able to get one plate on then the weight cause the it to buckle making it hard to connect the second plate. During the process of connecting the second plate the screws I had loosen on the legs came out. You do not want this to happen, once the plate was in place it became very difficult to align the screws on the legs to the bar it connects to (the bar has a self locking bolt), with a bit of muscle I was able to get the screws to align and connect. That was the hardest and longest part of assembly. I would definitely recommend this loveseat. Just be mindful of the connection plate.

Comfortable, easy to put together. Sturdy.

So far so good with this couch. We bought it in September. So really only 3 months old. Does need space behind it for the recliners so that can be a downfall. Soft texture but not too soft. My family is taller.. 5’9 to 6’2 and no issues with comfort. It is in our den area, does not get used everyday but seems to be holding up ok. For the price we are hoping that we get some time out of it. Nice color Watch the price.. we bought it but then it went on sale.. no price match so we missed out on a price difference of about $60. Contacted Amazon and was told that there is nothing that they can do to help. I suggest waiting for it to go on sale if you can.

This is a very nice sofa that is a great value. Comes in 4 boxes which makes it easy to handle. Nice, clear instructions (box 3) made it a breeze to assemble. Very comfortable and absolutely love the heating function. Color is spot on to match our other gray furniture. Nice and sturdy and worth the price. Also customer service is very responsive and polite. My questions concerned shipping. Fast delivery via FedEx.

Just set up the sofa this weekend. While it took two people, it was easy and instructions were perfect. All is working well and is very comfortable. One cup holder was broken in transit, I have contacted McCombo and expect a replacement shortly. We also have the McCombo lift recliner that is excellent and working perfectly. Looks wonderful in the living rooms and fits perfectly. So happy with the purchase!

Very comfortable… heat and massage work well. A quality piece of furniture. Assembly was fairly easy.

Great sofa at a good price. My wife and I put it together but we thought we had a defective one since the left backrest hung up on the center backrest when reclining. My son came home and noticed I had put the right and left backrests on the wrong sides. After reversing them, it works great. Massage, heat and recline all work great.

You get what you pay for. This is affordable and looks good while being easy to put together. If you're 6'2'' like me you won't find it very comfortable. The end of the foot rest is very hard and hurts my feet or ankles because my feet hang off. Should recline a little more also.
