How can i connect the headset to my computer via usb dongle?

Pair with a computer via USB Dongle 1. Plug the USB Dongle into the USB port of your computer and wait for your computer to recognize it. The LED indicator on the USB Dongle flashes blue. 2. Press and hold the MFB button of DY101 for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode. Check that the indicator of the headset flashes blue and red alternately. You will hear the voice guidance say "Pairing". 3. Pairing is successful when you hear "Your headset is connected" and the LED indicator on the USB Dongle is solid blue. This pairing process can take up to 20 seconds.

Is this headset compatible with the Softphone application?

The box says it does somewhat. I have mine connected to 2 phones (cell phone).

Can this be used with hearing aides?

Hello, this bluetooth headset supports device retrieval and connection through the Bluetooth function. How to delete pair record?

Please press and hold the volume + button and the MFB power button for 5-7 seconds at the same time. You can see that the LED indicator light is purple, the pairing record of the earphone has been deleted, and the factory settings have been restored.
