I've seen my energy even out throughout the day with fewer highs and lows. I take one capsule per day on an empty stomach for best absorption. The capsules are large in size and easy to swallow with no bad taste or odor. These cause no stomach discomfort. They are more expensive than some of the other brands, but I feel it's worth it for better quality and absorption, and I believe it's more effective than most other brands. Would highly recommend this to friends and family.
