Is it worth it to buy this deck if you’re going to get rid of all the cards with cuss words and mature content?

I thought so because I only ended up getting rid of about 10 cards. I didn't do a hard line purge. There are still some with cuss words and some mature content. There were just a few that were, in my opinion over the top and some just - yuck. It was also worth it to get new picture cards.

How many mature content cards are in this expansion pack? Is there an expansion pack which only includes mature content cards?

I don’t know exactly how many mature cards were in the expansion pack. I play this with my 13 and 15 year old and I pull out the worst of the cards (sex and drugs related, mostly- we leave swear words and most other funny stuff) and after pulling out those kinds of cards there was still a good 3/4 of the deck left. Hope that helps a little.

Can you play the game by just purchasing the expansion packs or do you need the original game to build onto it?

The original game has the holder for the cards but you can probably still play with just the expansion pack, you would just have to prop the card on something so everyone can see it.
