Nice Product with little glitch.
Over all satisfactory. Every thing as expected. Fast booting and performance wise good, except the mouse pad. It is very slow. I have checked all the related settings and they are all good. So i concluded, its the hardware of the touch pad. Though with an usb mouse we can bypass this issue.

Worst customer service
I've purchased this laptop. After 2 months speaker not working and some keys not working properly and when I complaint they tell me that's it is not problem. Worst quality don't buy it.

Excellent laptop with amazing features
I recently purchased a refurbished laptop from Amazon two months ago, and I feel very happy with my decision! The quality exceeded my expectations, and it runs like new. The setup was smooth, and I've had no issues at all. Great value for the price! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable and affordable option.

Not delivered in good condition.
The laptop performance is good however They removed the bottom rubber feet from the laptop and delivered. It's supposed to have 4 rubber bushes on the 4 sides for grip. Without those grips the laptop slides on the table.Checked on the internet it costs 940 rs . It's done on purpose.
