This compact pocket planner has monthly with Saturday/Sunday divided where as Monday through Friday has a full about 1" square. After monthly overview, the weekly is available for more details. Remember it is a compact planner. Excellent back up for smartphone calendar backup for those who like the insurance of a hardcopy. The paper is thin enough to barely make out lines from other page but still workable without distraction. Though no highlighter was attempted, given the paper stock, might want to experiment. The cover is adequate to protect the planner insert. Pen holder pocket on right front. Comes with a small pocket not pad or use sticky notes. Fits in pocket or purse.Overall, good price, quality and useful.

My friend who just turned 70 last week had a stroke a few months ago and has been forgetting things like appointments with doctors and not remembering how to create appointments in his iPhone so I thought going back to basics might help him, He's a very smart guy, could have been a psychiatrist or an MD since he got degrees in both from college back in his younger days so it's kind of sad to see him struggling like this and as I said, thought this might help since it's simple.He was wanting just a plain notebook that costs $.49 from a dollar store but I wanted to get his something that had a calendar for daily, week and month and a scratch pad. This fit the bill perfectly and he thought it was great. We were both surprised t even came with a pen. The only issue now is he has to remember to 1) use it and 2) don't misplace it and we're working on these.I would definitely recommend this for aging parents who have a hard time dealing with technology without being shown constantly how to perform simple tasks on their phone or just for a person that enjoys how we did it back in the '90's before PIMs and smart phones. It helps that this is a very attractive planner too. I purchased the brown one. I was thinking about getting him the pink one so it's easier to see for him since his peripheral vision in one eye has been decreased and such an odd color might jog his memory i.e. 'I can't forget my pink planner', but I didn't think he would like it very much.Anyway, he likes it a lot. I'm glad that I was able to help him with small things like this.

I had purchased three of these for a new year's gift, wanting to provide a helpful, portable space for writing notes and preparing schedules. Thankfully, the products were both high quality and well thought out, with the cover and paper quality feeling durable enough to leave in a cluttered schoolbag or a back pocket without much or any crumpling, tearing, etc. or bleed from normal pen ink, at least in the short term. It may be slightly too large for some pockets, but it should fit easily inside a purse or handbag without issue. The separate paperpad for miscellaneous notes is also very useful, especially for people like me who need those kinds of things up front. The pen included was also surprisingly high-quality, and fits snugly without causing retrieval issues. It hasn't been long enough to know how it'll last long-term, but I may update this review if there are any issues.

I carry it everywhere, as I’m on the go a lot. Sometimes I don’t want to carry anything so it fits just right in my cargo pants pocket and I can feel that it’s there too. I love the compact size on this thing, love the extra features of having an empty notebook slot on the side WITH A PEN INCLUDED, fits just right in the book?!?!, I love that they condense the calendar, especially on the weekend portion, with the same functionality of having a weekday calendar throughout the planner. Man I just freaking found the best planner ever, and I will continue using this brand.

When I ordered this I did not realize the cover was thin, yet flexible plastic. So far it is wearing well but not the thick cover I expected. It comes with a large notepad, which you can remove to make it less bulky. I like the pocket for a mechanical pencil on the front. It comes with a short pen in the pocket.

This is a great purse size Daily Calendar for appointments, designed without all the nonsense information you never use. Organized, function, great quality outer shell with pen, can't beat the price.
