EXCELLENT Stability Ball for the Price...But, Read the Instructions!
I ordered this exercise/stability ball primarily to do advanced Pilates on/with, and I have to say, for the price I paid for it, I could not be more satisfied with the quality! As a Senior Pilates Instructor, I can assure you all that the folks at Isokinetics have it right...the ball sizes they recommend in centimeters (based on your height) is CORRECT. Please follow their height vs. ball size charts and do not estimate or guess yourselves. Also, follow the instructions on how to inflate the ball...the instructions that are included with the ball are VERY CLEAR...only inflate the ball 80% the first day and wait 24 hours before inflating the ball completely- this will ensure that your ball inflates to the full size. Isokinetics provides a great chart to follow if you are not sure what 80% would be...all you will need is measuring tape to follow their instruction chart. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND purchasing their "Double Action Heavy Duty Ball Pump" to inflate your ball. It is an absolute STEAL for how well it works, and I inflated my ball in about 10 minutes (total). The material of this ball is sturdy and strong, however, it feels gentle on the skin and not too rubbery. Also, it does not have that "plastic stink" that many other brands have. I have paid a lot more for exercise balls in the past without getting close to the quality of this one. You just CAN'T BEAT this deal! Thanks Isokinetics. :-)

it hasn't burst yet
I have had this ball for about two weeks and I bought a base to go along with it so I can use it at my desk. My doctor recommended sitting on a ball at a computer to recude tension in my neck and improve posture. If I really want to I can still slouch while sitting on this ball but it does encourage sitting up straight. The one problem I had was that when I blew it up it was nowhere near the recommended height (granted we blew it up by hand and without a pump). That being said it is the perfect height for me and I haven't had any problems so far, if you buy it be sure to read and follow the instructions!

I love it, even though it's not perfectly round
I'm very happy with this ball -- Just like reviews said, it doesn't smell at all (important for me, since I keep it in my bedroom.) It has not lost any air in almost a week. It feels great. It is not perfectly spherical - In fact, it "bulges" a lot at the equator, so the ball's height is several inches less measured pole-to-pole, compared to on the equator. This may be because I filled the ball up on its side, rather than pumping straight down with the hole on the top - I'm going to give Isokinetics the benefit of the doubt on this. However, even if this is the true shape of the ball, I like that - It gives a choice of different height, diameters and resistance to use, depending on how you orient the ball to your body. It's like having 2 balls in one. Also, balls offered on Amazon for more than 2x the price had bad reviews about non-roundness and not staying filled up. So I think this is a great product for the price.I'm not a professional physio-therapist, and this is the only ball I've ever used, so I can't offer a professional opinion. I just use this for fun, relaxing stretching and bouncing. But it's great for my needs.

Too firm to sit on all day as a chair
This might be fine as an exercise ball. As an office chair ball that I sit on 8+ hours a day, it is uncomfortable--way too firm, and it's not even inflated fully to the size I ordered. I don't know if they sent me the size I ordered, because there is nothing written on the papers that came in or attached to the package that indicate the size of the ball, and it's not marked on the ball. I ordered a 55 cm ball, and I inflated it following the instructions on the papers and the youtube video, 80% the first day, then fully inflated 24 hours later. In my case, though, I'm using a small handpump (that came with another ball I own), and I couldn't get this ball inflated to 55 cm with it, as measured by the tape that came with this ball. According to the measuring tape, my ball is inflated to 52 cm. But it feels very firm, and even with a folded up soft blanket on top for extra cushioning it is uncomfortable to sit on this for long periods of time...similar to a bike seat somehow. I ordered this ball because my office had a ball chair base available and they told me the 55 cm size fit in it. I had already purchased a 65 cm ball as part of an exercise kit and just been using that on the floor with no base, but it was a little too low for me. That ball is not listed as 'anti-burst' and is much softer and more comfortable for my rear. If the height was right I could just keep using that (I had used it for a couple weeks but was getting soreness in my shoulders from the height being a little too low). With this ball in that chair base, the height is right for me, but my bum can't handle it. I'm 5'6".

Heavy-duty and good for sitting
I was delighted to find that this exercise ball's weight rating is accurate up to at least 350 pounds; I don't know anyone over that weight who could help me test the claim that it will hold up to 500lbs. I am 5' tall and ordered the 75cm ball to sit and balance on around the house, and while I don't think that is the recommended size, it was perfect for me. I sat and bounced on it very regularly for a few months after I purchased it. The ball inflated with no problem and stayed that way for a pretty long time. After a year and a half (of sporadic use - during the latter half of that time it wasn't being used at all) it did begin to deflate, but putting more air in it will not be a problem. If mine becomes unusable for any reason I will not hesitate to purchase another ball from Isokinetics.

Great ball - Need something to pump in the air.
Love this ball. My 12 year old boy has been bouncing all over it like crazy for the past month and half with no sign of damage. I wish I could post a video of how he beats this ball. I use for exercise and the size is perfect. Be sure to read the instructions on how to fill the ball. They arrive on a peice of paper that you think is not anything of importance. Oh, you need a way to pump air in the ball, like a sports pump.

The ball is of good quality and the color is very true to picture ...
The ball is of good quality and the color is very true to picture but there were ink stains on the ball that would not come off. Not sure how they would have gotten there.
