I'm on my 3rd bottle, I order 2 bottles at a time (no auto ship). I actually didn't realize until writing this review that it says to take 2 capsules a day, I've been taking one a day, along with my other few supplements. Therfore, mine are lasting twice as long, but it wasn't intentional. I hope I don't jinx myself, but I haven't had a much as a cold in, how long? So long I don't remember .. I have had no problems with these capsules in any form. I'll be 69 in a few days, just had my annual labs done last week, every item on the panel was in perfect range. I will continue to take one a day, as they say, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Great vendor, love they are USA made! 🇺🇸

Cost a lot money is one thing I don’t have right now recovering from cancer for tho months I didn’t have an I’ve shuved in me though to boost my immune system.

These are a bit pricey but they have a lot of good stuff in them...( I'll pay about anything to keep from getting colds/flu). Here's the good & bad about them.Good: 1. lots of vitamins, minerals, & batnicals to keep your immune system in tip-top shape 2. Easy to swallow 3. They actually give me a little "kick in the pants" for a while after I take them (like a nervous energy) so I take them before my workouts.Now for the bad: 1. They have a funky taste/smell (it's hard to explain but right before swallowing them I get a faint smell like a funky, old stale grassy smell)....again it's more of a smell not a taste but its not terrible. 2. They are a bit pricey.Well, that's the good & the bad. Hope this helps with your decision.Update 29 Oct: Received a new bottle today. Upon opening I discovered this batch to look & smell much different than all previous orders. The contents of these capsules is much lighter colored & have darker brown patches on capsules (see photo) They also smell different; these capsules have no smell at all vs previous orders (which smelled like old musty grass). Not sure whether the maker changed the mixture or if these are just extremely old. Not sure if I should keep taking these or send them back.

These "Made in the USA" supplements have the optimal blend of essential nutrients and provide my immune system with the ideal levels of vitamin C, D3, B6 and Zinc. The price is one of the best on Amazon as well. Each serving has the perfect balance of immune-supporting elements, fortifying my body against external threats and promoting my overall health. One of the best things I love is they DO NOT cause me to have those nasty "vitamin burps"... YUCK! When they go down, they stay down. We'll definitely continue buying this product on auto-ship, which gives an even better value for the price! Good product at a great price!

Have taken an immune defense supplement since 2021. Believe it to assist with my immune system as I have rarely been sick since started taking supplement and if I have it is short lived.

These immune defense tablets have a really pleasant taste, which made them easy and enjoyable to take daily. However, to be completely honest, I didn’t notice any real change in my energy levels, sleep quality, or daily routine while using them.They might work differently for others, and perhaps they’re more effective as a long-term supplement, but in my personal experience, I didn’t feel any noticeable benefits. Still, the flavor and convenience are a plus.

I haven't really noticed a difference yet, as I haven't been taking these very long. Before I ordered these, I was taking most of the vitamins/supplements separately already. I thought this was a great way to reduce the amount of pills I have to take. I'm hoping they do the trick! They haven't done anything bad, so I'm grateful for that! Very easy to swallow, no upset stomach, and I take with or without food.
