I have used this heating pad every night for the last six months. I turn it up to its max temp at 148° and it’s max time at 120 minutes and fall asleep with it on and it auto shuts off. when I wake up in the morning, I turn it on to warm me up. This is by far one of the best things I’ve ever bought on Amazon genuinely I am so surprised it has lasted the way it has. It looks great. It feels great and it’s still going strong.

I’ve had this heating pad for 6 months to use for cramps and sore muscles and it’s been my favorite, the size is great and I love that I can set it for 90 minutes and easily control the temperature. However, the last month or so I started to notice an odd smell when I use it. Didn’t think much of it until my fiancé opposite the couch from me noticed the smell too and called it out, we inspected it and noticed it was starting to burn the fabric layer.I brought this to the sellers attention, and they reached out to rectify the situation. Not many companies would do what they did to fix it, for that I would recommend this product from NOWWISH over other brands! I do love the softness of the fabric, large size and the functionality of the controller, and length of the cord is helpful too. Overall satisfied with the purchase and interaction with NOWWISH handling the overheating fluke of my original heating pad.

Perfect size

Purchased 1/11/25 and used consistently (every night) for about a month. Tried to use tonight but it never would turn on. Tried 3 other electrical outlets, but again nothing! I didn't pay that much and I didn't think at that price point it would last forever....but just one month? It's in the trash, still looking as new it did when I took it from the box! I liked the actual temperature control...not low, medium and high, but a digital display that showed whatever temp I put it on. It was soft and comfortable and appears to be very well made. Too bad the electric parts were not as well put together as the other features of the pad.

I use it every night, perfect for back aches or cramps. Warms up fast and stays warm, comes with a timer as well so if you fall asleep; no worries about it causing a fire overnight

This is my cats favorite thing in the world besides food. It’s not as big as I thought it was going to be but it’s still a good size because she’s small. I like that it has a timer!
