Q: Is this better spit shine polish then the cherry blossom

Best polish I've used, can't compare it to cherry blossom as I've never used it. Also makes a great sex lube in a pinch but hell to get out of the sheets.

Q: Is this good on patent leather?

No because patent leather is not leather.

Q: Can you use a nuetral polish after the black to spit shine like saphir mirror gloss

Applying a neutral polish over black polish may dilute the "richness" of your work. After all, it would be like painting your existing living room wall with clear coat. I am not a chemist but I used Angelus wax as well as some quality shoe/boot cream in a shoeshine business I had on every pair of shoes or boots I polished. It worked well for me regarding the end result. Simply put, I would get some of the cream (same color and mix with the Angelus polish and make a slurry. It doesn't take much cream on the rag you are using to slightly make the wax easier to apply. I also used saddle soap to clean the boots / shoes before I begin, then wiped them off with a clean damp rag. You can start polishing your boots or shoes even if they're still damp. A little product goes a long way. I won't use anything else. If you follow my directions you won't need to worry about spit-shineing the boots or shoes if you take my advice.
