Prompt delivery right item worked well but computer was dead

It looked exactly like the battery I needed replaced, but the locator tabs did not line up. I was replacing a battery on a three year old Chromebook.If you're familiar with mass production of electronics, there is constant change in the parts' suppliers and sometimes changes to attachment points. I probably could have made the part fit and stay in place, but I don't like altering lithium batteries. They are dangerous.I ended up returning the battery it but I'm sure it would have done the job.Thanks for reading.

Hello I bought this battery as a replacement for my HP 14 dv series and its a great fit. Backup is really nice. It was easy to install the battery with the given tools. The product is value for money. The charging is also good. Hope it will last long.

Easy to install this new battery and bring the HP Pavilion back to like-new condition!

The product was shipped and received before the actual date as promised. However, the battery works but doesn't hold a charge more than 2 maybe 3 days tops even when not in use. I charged my battery to 100% a couple of times. I did not use it for 3 days. Battery was completely drained when I used it again. Unfortunately, I have to keep it plugged in to keep it charged.

Once we received the correct battery it worked immediately. Time will tell to longevity
