Operates at 7000rpm and the start and stop function is very simple and straight-forward with rapid acceleration and deceleration. Minimal noise, takes up very little space and has a jaunty yellow lid, just to cap it off. A very worthwhile addition to a lab.

You have to get all the viles in with EXACTLY the same medium otherwise it's very noisy and shakes like hell.

Excellent quality mini-centrifuge.
Extremely stable and quiet, indicating high quality bearings and motor. The "auto lid open" on the Amazon blurb seems a little lost in translation. Basically there's only a power on-off at the back, and a release at the front which opens the lid slightly. On doing so, it cuts the power. There's no timer function, so "auto lid open" is redundant. Personally, for safety, I prefer to switch on and off using the plug at the back - or you could use a separate timer, e.g. https://www.amazon.co.uk/ANSMANN-AES-1-Energy-Saving-Timer/dp/B005C9S0I8/ref=pd_cp_328_1?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=T9MNXW826V27QBYHNC85 The yellow colour is bright and cheerful, I like it. No micro or PCR tubes are supplied, so don't forget those.

Excellent
This is a very compact mini centrifuges, I’ve received the yellow model which is a fun colour. Designed for your personal space, it make a very small foot print on any working space. Using micro tubes and PCR tubes. Operation is spot on, at 7000rpm with an easy to use start and stop function I found it very usable, it is also able to accelerate and brake in seconds. A very smooth cycle, low noise, very good. Using this as part of a project that I am involved in and is proving to be a very popular device which everyone seems to love, not sure if the colour is the attraction.

Buon prodotto, piccolo e silenzioso, ma non dichiarano che viene fornito con la spina per prese inglesi, serve un adattatore. Comunque fa bene il suo lavoro di mini centrifuga poco ingombrante per campioni fino a 2 cc. La chiusura del coperchio con chiavistello invece della sbarretta flessibile sembrerebbe garantire una maggiore durata.
