It’s working well so far. Despite the description , the openings on each end are exactly the same. I wish the top opening was a tad larger and the bottom snugger.

Not effective! Be aware. My PICC site was soaked after one use with this product.
Completely soaked through and ruined my PICC placement that I have had for 6 months! I will not buy from this company again. Be mindful of the claims when a company advertises their effectiveness being “the best” that this is usually not the case, but a misleading advertisement for people who will believe this claim and spend more money for a product that does not meet their quality promise. Absolutely disappointing and had to pay $200 OOP for my home health company to send an on-call nurse to change my PICC dressing simply because this poor product’s ability to hold true to their satisfaction guarantee.
