Q: Where is this product made?

The label says that it is made in the United States I called the company to confirm and they said that it's made in America as well

Q: How long should I expect to wait before I see results?

We typically recommend using our chews at least 2-8 weeks before ruling them completely out. With our Calming Bites, we suggest giving them about an hour before a stressful event, and daily use produces the best results. We do have a lifetime 100% satisfaction guarantee backing ALL purchases from us, so if you're ever less than completely satisfied, just let us know!

Q: Are these safe for pugs?

My pug-mix doesn't have any problems with these. But, if you're concerned, I'd recommend you email a screen shot of the Ingredients to your vet and ask if they would be safe for your specific dog.

Q: Can this be used as needed? Or is it best to use daily?

Yes, we use it every once in a while, like once every two weeks. It works shortly after we give it to our puppy. She crashes and goes to sleep. My container said best if used before date which was a year and a couple of months (15 months maybe) after receiving the container. 1 for 25 pounds and 3 for over 75, 2 for the rest of the weights. So 90 bites, you need to use about 6 a month with 90 in a container if you want to use them before the best if used before date. I don't know if they make a container under 90 heart bites.
