Natural Antibiotic
I purchased this product for a nasty chronic nasal infection, coupled with the disgusting production of phlegm in the back of my throat. The phlegm was continually being discharged out of my nasal passages, countless times every single day. I knew it was an infection, because the color of the discharge alternated from white to yellow to green. Sometimes I would obtain a fever that quickly disappeared. However, my doctor refused to prescribe me synthetic antibiotics (such as Amoxycillin or Penicillin) because I wasn't staying sick w/ fever very long. He recommended Probiotics; I tried those many times, but they didn't work. One day, I struck up a conversation with a stranger in line at a grocery store, who recommended I try Zinc Gluconate; therefore, I searched on Amazon and found these. Finally, after about two months, these Nutricost Zinc Gluconate capsules finally relieved about half of the infection!! I am very grateful, and will continue taking one of these capsules three times a day until my infection is completely gone. Thank you for selling such a great product, and I will continue to highly recommend this fine product to others!!

Use It Daily; My Cardiodlogist Takes It, Too !
The three things in which most Americans have deficiencies are probably Vitamin D3, Magnesium and Zinc. After I began D3 supplementation 20 years ago, my constant round of Wintertime head and chest colds ceased. When I told my Cardiologist that I hadalso begun taking Magnesium and Zinc and a popular enzyme known as Co-Q-10, he said, "Good! I take them, too!" Magnesium and Zinc are available in many different chemical compounds, some of which are virtually worthless because of low bio-uptake. You can find out all the ins-and-outs of the different formulations from the doctors on YouTube. After experimenting, I settled on Magnesium Glycinate and Zinc Gluconate, both of which I get from Brother Amazon Prime.
