This book is a great book in general. My daughter got this for christmas. We read parts here and there. It starts great conversations. It is a great help for some of those things that needed to be said but takes the awkward part away for both parent and child!

My daughter loves this book so far. She's turning 9 in a month and stared reading it this week. She's been making notes in the margins and said it's helping her understand herself better.
