Maybelline New York SuperStay Matte Ink Un-nude Liquid Lipstick, Ruler, 0.17 Ounce

I bought this over a year ago and use every day. It's good value for money. The colour is nice and bright. It dries quickly and stays on all day, and can be hard to remove (tip: tiny drop of carex hand soap on a tissue shifts it quickly) it stays on if you eat and drink. I find 1 coat is plenty. I put it on quite thinly. It's totally smudgeproof and kissproof 💋 too

It is defiantly long lasting, but just be careful it does not go on your skin other than your lips, mistakes are very hard to remove , took me three days to get it off my top lip, when I made a blob, I am now very much more careful, and it does stay on my lips the whole day! I recommend !

I love it! This is the third time I ordered. The colour is pretty, sort of nude and it stays a long time. I would have preferred it slightly more colour, hence 4 star, not 5, but if I want more colour, I put another colour on the top and together it stays a long time. I don’t feel my lips too dry like I do with some other ling lasting matt lipsticks. I’ll buy again.

Saw this colour on a shop assistant and asked what it was. Ordered it for myself and I'm really happy with it.

Not the colour or the consistency I expected but that's my fault as I should have checked in store before purchasing. I normally like Maybelline products which is why I bought without checking, but even if the colour had been right, I found it really drying and sticky. Within MINUTES of applying it had gone patchy in the corners of my mouth, and exaggerated the wrinkles! It obviously has staying power as it was really difficult to remove, even though it was all cakey by this time. Had to use olive oil to remove as, because it was such a horrible,patchy,cakey mess, I couldn't even apply one of my darker lipsticks to it. It was cheaper than in Boots or Superdrug but at £6.50 definitely not a bargain! Since writing this review I have checked the reviews on the Boots website to see if anyone else had the same negative experience as me, or whether I'd applied if wrong or received a "dodgy"one! Even though it received an overall rating of 4.2 & 83.10 customers recommended it, the unfavourable reviews were from customers who experienced EXACTLY the same negative effects as me...drying,patchy, cakey and difficult to remove. The wrong colour was also mentioned so perhaps it wasn't just me buying online without checking. My advice is check in store, & wear for at least an hour. I love the Revlon Colourstay ink lipstick which I have no bad reaction to, but have just looked at reviews & some customers have exactly the same issues with that as I have with the Maybelline one! This just confirms my point re " try before you buy"

Dose what it says on the box. Stays on all day but I have noticed that 6 hours after putting it on I was eating an apple and it was marking it. So it still sticks to thing even though it says it doesn't but its still great

Couleurs super pigmentées, application facile et surtout, ça ne bouge pas ! Je peux manger, boire, parler… le rouge reste impeccable. Un de mes indispensables makeup.

for what it is, it can't be beaten. It's basically a lip lacquer that you paint on. It stays for hours and hours, even through eating and drinking. It can make your lips a bit dry, so you'll need a good overnight balm. This shade is a great, classic red.

Para mi, uno de los mejores pintalabios que hay. Siempre uso el mismo y el mismo color Loyalist. Bastante fijo pero si mancha un poquito, pero está perfecto y el color Loyalist para los labios oscuros está muy bien por si quieres aclararlos un pcoo

This is a wonderful lipstick! I don’t usually wear any makeup, I am a strong believer that beauty is natural and so, at 65 years old I never wear make up and never have. I do put on a natural face cream made from cows milk and my skin is lovely. That being said, I was visiting my sister who wears makeup daily and she convinced me to try this lipstick. I was a convert by day one. I apply it after my morning routine and it stays on all day, no touch ups necessary and by bedtime I have to scrub it off! I like how it looks and brightens my face and makes my teeth look whiter. I will wear it daily all by itself. The price here was less than at shoppers drug mart even on seniors day so when I need more I’ll be reordering from this seller.
