Much cheaper and stronger than competitors. I only take one per day to double how long it lasts. They don't taste great but that's just in the nature of the supplement, just swallow it quickly. Doesn't hurt my stomach at all. Gives me more energy and makes me less hungry in general, and they're good to take in the morning or at night.

The Berberine started working the 3rd day in . My glucose went from 145 to 120 . Something important I want to add is that you need to lower your carbohydrate intake, stay away from processed foods , take in more protein , and exercise .

My spouse is Diabetic. This product made no difference when taken as directed. Pricey but if it worked there would be no problem. Won't buy again d/t no improvement in blood sugars.

The Amount of Berberine is 5000 mg- 4800 mg = 200 mg in two capsules, which is very low compared to competitors. It's a typical case of misleading consumers by selling Turmeric and labeling it as Berberine.
