It does a pretty good job picking up things on the rugs

I needed to replace my older carpet sweeper that wasn't doing so well and basically fell apart. Reading the reviews I opted for this one and VERY glad I did! It arrive on time and assembly was simple. It took maybe 3 minutes to put together and I haven't stopped using it since. It works great and I'm very pleased

I don't have a lot of carpet, this is nice in between using my regular vacuum cleaner. Of course I've only used it once but so far so good. Cute retro color too. It's quiet so I won't disturb my neighbors if I want to use it at night.

I bought this for my classroom for my students to use to clean at the end of the day or after crumbs spill, but it pretty much broke immediately. Unfortunately, I bought it before school started, so by the time it got used and broke, it was too late to return it. Don't bother with it.
