Nice and compact for my GH6 haven't tried the filter trays but have also had a variable ND on the lens as well.

Very well manufactured and looks good on the camera

This Mini Matte Box (Model No. PG002) arrives in a nice looking, Neewer branded, cardboard box, that would be more than suitable should you be wishing to give it as a gift. Inside the box is the matte box itself, 4 x lens ring adapters (ø67/72/77/82-95mm), and a user manual.The main matte box sections feels reasonably well made and has a good finish throughout. The plastic used is not the best, however this is to be expected on a budget product and it does the job. I was a little more disappointed with the tray mechanism though which feels a quite flimsy.The matte box can attach directly to lenses with a ø95 filter thread. Alternatively 4 adapters are included that allow you to attach it to lenses with ø67, ø72, ø77 and ø82 filter threads. And of course, you can always use step up rings on lenses with filter thread sizes different to these.It is good to see a barn door included on a budget matte box, and the mechanism works well. It is also a nice bonus that you can remove the barn door completely should you wish to.In use the matte box worked well. Being lightweight it didn’t cause any issues with the handling of my camera. The trays are a little fiddly to handle so you can’t necessarily do fast changes, but this has been the same on other budget matte boxes I have tried in the past. The locking mechanism for the filters also does not feel as secure as I would like, but despite my misgivings, the filters have remained locked in place without any issues.In conclusion this is a good budget matte box. The materials used could be better and the filter tray and locking mechanisms could definitely be improved, but they are perfectly acceptable given the low price, and still do the job well.~ Amazon asked me to review this product and to give my honest and impartial opinion about it. I 1st heard of Neewer a few years ago and now I a fan f their products, you can guarantee good quality products for great prices.I would say this is more suited for a beginner of matte boxes like everything you want to test items 1st especially in photgraphy as you may not like the effects this gives so no one wants to a higher premium jsut for a better known brand.This matte box is compabtle with my Sony A7R IV A7R and gives effortless and minimises glare from sun light and other sources changing the focal point of the picture.I always check prices and this model and this rrp is 1 of the best prices i have seen making this great value for money

There was no filters inside the boxe

This isn't quite as good a quality as the matte box I currently own.However, that cost around twice as much as this one, so once that's taken into consideration, this proves to be very good value for money.It's very sturdy and will prove to be a very good backup, and occasional first choice, for my camera going forwards.

My husband has quite a professional looking camera set up. The one thing he was missing though was a matte box. It makes the camera look all the more professional and expensive.It is well made and a decent price.My husband was over the moon when I managed to get this for him.

If the filters fitted it would be fine, but i have already about 10 filters that size and dont want to spend more on neewer filters
