I bought one of these. I thought that it was supposed to have specially shaped foam. Mine looks like shredded foam. Why is this?

Did you do any research before purchase. It's clearly stated everywhere that this pillow uses different sized and firmnesses of foam. Many pictures show the pillow is constructed of shredded foam.

How long does it last? I bought a very comfortable, and very expensive bamboo pillow. It broke down within six months.

After owning several different mypillow products we’ve decided to stop throwing our money away and purchase less expensive more comfortable pillows. Don’t waste your money like we did. It’s a crap product.

Did yours also have rodent droppings inside?

Yes definitely should have gotten the rodent droppings. If you did not get these included check the manufacture date. It may have been manufactured prior to Jan 20, 2016. If you purchased the Cruz model it would have been softer as that model has no spine. The better option may be the Graham model. The Graham model is sold only as a single. It is the best option for those suffering with a lack of morals. The best part about that model is you can flip it over from one side to the other as may be politically convenient. Use this for a few years and then call them and tell them it is defective so you can get a new one. No problem at all with the lie. The CEO is a master fabricator of not just pillows but whole conspiracies. Lying is not an issue for him and he encourages others to do the same.

Is this pillow allowed in prison?

No it's not. We only allow china made pillows in American prison's.. Ya know we gotta buy from the true owners of America.. CHINA
