One of the best bags for a 180 striker.
This thing has done its job. Ex martial artist, this is great to bang on when you don’t need the super heavy bags. I have literally flipped the bag to assist with the settling and flip it back every other month. Been in three rain storms, I added wax and waterproofing materials and it has held up. I do treat it monthly with conditioners and it still looks new.

Good Workout
This bag is really hard. You can really go to town on it. It's heavy but it still has quite a bit of movement when you strike it. I recommend gloves. I got bloody knuckles quickly. Well worth it's cost. It's very sturdy and durable.
