I have allowed fear to stifle progress rather than being in acceptance of it. Adam states that by acknowledging the fear and accepting it, it no longer has control over oneself. He walks you through a process/game of how to identify the fear, bring it into your heart to feel it and then accept it. It doesn't mean that the fear goes away, it simply means that by identifying what one feels, opens your heart to that feeling and makes it possible to move forward with whatever one may be going through.
