... be a well written and to be a very good representation of the Prewrath position
I found this book to be a well written and to be a very good representation of the Prewrath position. It is also in about 98% in agreement with a book The Sign of the End of the Age  that I wrote on Matthew 24. Mr Kurschner takes a previous work that was a little more comprehensive treatment of the subject and provides readers with a clear and straightforward explanation of the Prewrath rapture view of the end of the age. This work will be very helpful to the beginning student of the subject as well as the many insiders to the discussion. I believe this will be a valuable tool to further the spread of the truth regarding the end times and the rapture of believers. There are some good new arguments here that are in addition to those I stated in my book, partly because the author is writing from a topical viewpoint while my book approaches the subjects only as those raised in a through exposition of Matthew 24, but that is as it should be.In summary, this is a well written, honest, and accurate book on the Prewrath view of the end times that should be a part of the library of all students of the end times study. This subject must be promoted in the church lest a generation of believers that will encounter the Antichrist and the great tribulation be badly misled by false teaching rampant in the church. We could be part of that generation, so that makes this book all the more critical.

Good info to understand timing of Tribulation Rapture and Wrath
I did my own study around 1994 and I could not see where there was a seven year Tribulation in the Bible nor a gathering of saints before the Tribulation. So I wanted to know if anyone else had come to the same conclusion.I found a book by Robert Van Kampen called The Sign and that was my introduction to the pre-wrath viewpoint.I really enjoyed this book for making it short and simple to understand the sequence of events. I would recommend this book to anyone struggling to find the Scriptures that support a Biblical viewpoint in a concise manner.Great read! Thanks for doing this for us Mr. Kurschner.

I totally appreciate "Prewrath a very short Introduction". My Bible school and seminary training were both Pretrib, but after study found it difficult to hold to their view. This view seems to be much more realistic.Bill

Decide which version you want before you buy... maybe you'll still want both?
I want to start off by saying that "Prewrath: A Very Short Introduction" is just a shortened, more condensed version of Alan Kurschner's "Antichrist Before the Day of the Lord" and so if you are looking for a more in-depth and more detailed version, you will probably want his other book. However both sufficiently cover his main topics concerning the end times and a pre-wrath rapture viewpoint. I think this version is just shortened with the design and purpose of being shared quickly friends who may want to get directly to the point and not be overwhelmed with a 250+ page book. I read the longer version though no problem in just a few hours and I found the material intriguing enough to not set it down. So I will leave the decision up to you. I have also left my longer and more detailed review under his title "Antichrist Before the Day of the Lord" if you care to read it.

Excellent
If you are pre-trib you should give this a read. If you are post-trib you should give this a read. If you are ?-trib you should give this a read! Hopefully, you're reading more Bible more than books though. Prewrath is a solid, quick read and probably the best value for your money and time if you want to understand the prewrath position. Although, that's not entirey true if you already own a Bible! ...Thessalonians (particularly 2nd Thess. chapter 2, Matthew 24-25, Luke 21, Mark 13, 2 Peter 3, 2 Timothy 3,etc., --all keeping in mind John 16:33.

Spot on!
Fascinating read. This really makes sense to me. Now as I read the Bible everything about Bible prophecy makes more sense and the scripture line up clearly with the pre-wrath line of interpretation. What Alan Kurschners says really rings true. Every Christain should read this.

Concise and easy to comprehend
Alan Kurschner explains the pre-wrath view of the rapture in a intelligent and backs up his assertions with scripture both old and new testament. I reccomend it to any even those who have so far disagreed with the pre-wrath view. Keep an open mind. Please note that salvation is not dependent on this but what our Lord Jesus did on the cross.
